Our pool features contemporary built-in seating areas, a lazy river, fire pits, hot tubs, and private cabanas. Enjoy light fare as you cool off in our sparkling outdoor pool. Or beat the heat with one of our refreshing fruit drinks. Either way, H2O Bar & Grille is a great place to soak up some sun, relax and renew.

How many wrist bands do you get with each room?
Maximum of 4 wrist bands with each room.

How many guests per daybed and cabana?
All cabanas are equipped with a refrigerator stocked with bottled water, fan, in-room safe, two (2) chaise chairs in front of each cabana. A cocktail server will be available to take care of all your food and beverage needs. All cabanas come with eight (8) wristbands and all-day beds come with four (4) wristbands. H2O does not limit the number of guests in or out of rentals, just the number of additional bands received.

Can you buy day passes?
No, we don’t sell any day wrist bands.

Why do we need an ID to utilize the pool area?
We need to verify that you are a registered guest at the hotel.

Can you be under the age of 21 and consume alcohol?
We don’t allow any guests under the age of 21 to consume alcohol.

Can you bring in outside food and drinks?
We don’t allow any outside food and drinks.

Can you use your comps for cabana rentals?
24K comps aren’t available to utilize for cabana rentals but you can use comps for all food and beverage at H2O.

Do we do discounts at pool? Military? Senior?
No, there are no discounts at the pool.

Is glass allowed at the pool?
Glass is not allowed at the pool.

Do we have umbrellas or can we get an umbrella for the guest?
We don’t have umbrellas around the pool at H2O, but we do sell cabanas that provide shade.

Do you have DJ at the pool?
Yes, from 1-6 on Saturdays during the Summer.

Do you have to rent pickleball?
You can rent the pickleball courts, paddles, and balls on our website at Pickleball | Golden Nugget Lake Charles.

Can we bring outside toys or floating devices?
We do not allow any outside toys or floating devices at H2O.

Can anyone under the age of 21 use the adult hot tub side at any time?
No, this area is for adults and adults only.

Can you get wrist bands as a billionaire?
Yes, with the billionaire status you do get 2 wrist bands at the pool.

Can you get a wrist band after check out?
Yes, when you check out you can utilize the pool till 12pm.

Do we provide life jackets?
We do not provide Life Jackets at H2O.

Can the guest leave anything at the pool or front podium?
No, we don’t store any of the guests’ belongings at the front podium.

Can the guest bring their luggage to the pool?
No, luggage isn’t allowed at any time at H2O.

What temp is the pool at?
The pool is 84 degrees.

Can you have pets?
Service animals are allowed at the pool. The pet has to be on a leash. The pet can’t be on the tables, chairs, or in the water at any time.
