Spa Etiquette

Age Requirement

Guests must be 18 or older to use the fitness center and spa facilities.

Arrival

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment with your ID to check in. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time regardless of when your service begins. Late arrivals will also be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or modifications must be received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, or you are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the menu service price.

Service Charge

To assist in showing your appreciation for the care you receive at the Spa and Salon, a 20% service charge will be added to your bill. Should you wish to personally thank your service provider with an additional contribution, you may arrange for that after your treatment(s).

Spa Discounts

We provide a 20% Local’s Discount Monday - Thursday on all applicable 50-minute and 80-minute treatments. Discounts are excluded on specials, packages, enhancements, waxing, and Holidays. A valid Nevada Driver’s License must be presented at check-in.
